deleting missed calls
On 2/12/2015 a call was made to my tablet. Now everytime I turn on my tablet I get a notification about this missed call. Ideally I would like to delete it but do not know how. Can anyone help please.

Return of Tablet via Reply Paid Post
I purchased a Sony Z2 Tablet from the online Telstra shop recently. To cut a long and painful story short, it had a fault from new and I finally managed to get a return authorisation raised yesterday.
I received an email telling me to send the tablet to:

So I duly boxed up the tablet and posted it this morning to that address.
After having posted the tablet I then received this afternoon a satchel to return the tablet (which I was told by livechat would not happen) however it was addressed to a different return address. The satchel was addressed to:

Telstra Digital Returns
PO Box 6074
Chullora NSW 1405
So, after rushing back down to the post office I managed to retrieve my parcel and re-addressed it to the second address, from the satchel.
Have I done the correct thing here?
Is the second address the correct address?
Comment from a Telstra rep would be appreciated here.
I've sent it via registered post and my RA number is written over the box so hopefully if anything goes wrong with the delivery it'll bounce back to me.

My wi-fi must be connected to get access to the internet.. why is this so when I connect my adsl supply line to phone line and cat ten cable to pc and gateway? It appears thet the wi-fi connction activates the local connection.

Prepaid 4G USB
I've just activated my Telstra Prepaid 4G USB. Despite this cannot access the internet. WIFI is connected but comes up as not withing range, this is absolute nonsense as everybody else around here can connect. When I step outside for a better signal a half dozen other Telstra connections come up, two questions:
1. How do I know which one is mine?
2. I've tried connecting to every single one that comes up but get the same message - authentication problem, so how do I connect?
Sorry one more question:
Whys does Telstra make something that should be relatively easy so hard?
