After being told twice on the phone that it was all fine and I would receive the ipad in a few days there has been no progress.
How long does it take? Not the 3-4 business days I was told?

Every time I log on to webmail i have to do it twice. The first time it comes up with an advert but always logs on the second time. Very annoying. This only happens on my samsung tablet.

I have recently purcased a Samsung galaxy tab s that continues to lose connection with my home wifi.
I upgraded our old Thompson TG782 router to a new Telstra Gateway Max, as I originally thought that it may have been associated with the number of wifi devices hitting the hub, but the problem continues.
Has anyone had a similar problem, that they can offer a solution.

I have just purchased a new iPad with a data package through my local Telstra store; it came with an extra 25 gig (only dream about that limit here in the bush) for the first month to help with the set-up and with new apps. Trouble is - everytime the iPad detects a decent amount of data for download, it stops the process and informs me that it will wait for a wi-fi connection.
Can I override this? - I'm using my very limited data on my phone and not touching the big lot.

Hi, how do I save photos from my tablet to the SD card please? Do you have to be connected to wifi because I know that I cannot connect to the internet thru tablet as my wifi wont allow it (something about the gateway being to old). Is it just easier to get a micro usb straight from tablet to computer?Thanks in advance.
I have Galaxy, Ipad and Motorola chargers in my collection of stuff. The Ipad and Galaxy claim to be 2.1 amp. When I plug the MotoG into the Galaxy charger it tells me 8 hours to charge. Same with the Ipad charger. With the 500 motorola charger it is about 2 hours to charge.
Question do the phones or chargers have smarts to know if they are plugged into opposition equipment?
Hello All. First timer here. I have activated smart contrrols on my kids i phones and they get continual txt messages during the blocked periods saying something like they are not allowed to message at this time, although they are not trying to send any texts. We are talking over 50 during the night. I have looked at notification setting on their phone , but still no luck. Any clues how to resolve would be appreciated.
Yesterday 18 Nov at 8:36AM, I ordered an iPad Pro and was told it would arrive today 19 Nov.
Today 19 Nov at 3:58PM, I received a confirmation of my order and a "over the coming weeks we will keep you updated with the orders progress" sort of thing.
When checking the Order Tracking page, it has been stuck on "in progress" since I placed the order the order yesterday.
Noting the "next metro day" delivery promise (I am in Canberra) has anyone else had problems with delivery?

Hi i purchased a tablet online on sunday but untill now i have not received any conformation or any thing regarding the dispatch of my delivery .also the purchased amount has already been deducted from my account ..Hence i made a call to telstra and they say that they cannot find any thing on their system
which is why i want to cancel my order and i wanna know how long this process will take and when will i receive my refund.. i would also like to know if i can do all this process by going to a near telstra store.
Can anyone tell me how to get a straight answer from Telstra on how/when my Tablet will be activated?
Days go by and nothing happens - then when they call it's just to say that "A platform has been already created, and that the order is stuck in provisioning...a ticket has been created..." - I can just about recite the speech off by heart...
