Z4 glass is weak!
This is just a heads up to current owners and future buyers of the Xperia Z4 tablet.
Becareful .. the glass is weak as **bleep**. My tablet slid off a chair onto a gym mat and cracked the screen from one side to the other, now it's completely useless. It's literally a hairline crack going from one side to the other and touch is useless.
I'm actually quite disappointed in the poor quality of the new Z4. I previously owned the Z2 which took a beating before the screen cracked. Sucks they don't offer insurance either so now I'm stuck with this tablet and knowing repair costs I'd have to pay >$200 just to have the screen fixed. Absolute bull**bleep**.

phone numbers coming up on mobile bill as text messages and calls that have not been made
has any one else had someone use there number to catfish anyone else.
i was contacted via facebook to tell me my wife had been catfishing someone from a dating site, using someone elses photos, obviously i wanted to get to the bottom of this and went through our phone bill and determined that there was sms and phone calls to this persons number along with others.
pretty damning evidence right??? well upon my wife saying black and blue this was not that case we visited a telstra store and was indeed told that the sms and phone calls did not come from the IMEI number (the handset which contains the sim card in question) so the question is who and how did the calls end up on our bill, and come up on other peoples phones as our number???
telstra have decided that there answer to the question is we dont know and your not getting charged so who cares???
wrong! maybe potentially breaking up a young family isnt something that really bothers the peanuts at telstra but what if this person was organising crime or terrorism, and nothing is being done to stop and or track and shut down the services that are designed to do this.
Has anyone had this happen to them? it is currently a fraud case with the police and i hold telstra partially accountable.

NRL Digital Pass change from phone to mobile
I had the free Live NRL app on my mobile phone and deleted (as per instruction from the Telstra lady at Rockingham) as I want it on my iPad so I can see it more clearly. Won't accept on iPad as says already activated. Went back to Telstra shop today and was advised they didn't know what to do and couldn't help me 😞. What now ?????

Pre-paid SIM expiry date
Hi I have a few prepaid sims to use in a Telstra USB stick to use with my laptop when I am away from home.
I know how long they are good for once they are activated but I also know that an unactivated one also has an expiry date. Can someone tell me where to find this as I cannot see anything on the sim that looks like a date etc.

Afl Live streaming used to work on my tablet, but now comes up saying that live doesnt work on devices bigger then 11inchs?
Is this correct? It use to work fine and stream without issues but now i can only get it on my mobile. I have an AFL live pass so its not a membership issue.

AFL Live Pass - No Live Stream on 8-inch Windows 10 tablet
Hi,
I have a AFL Live Pass subscription and have been using it to Live Stream matches on my Windows 10 phone.
I downloaded the app for my 8-inchWindows 10 Tablet, entered my subscription credentials, but when I try to Live Stream I get the message:
"Live streaming is not permitted for your device. Display of live match videos is restricted to mobile and tablet devices with screens less than 11 inches"
Why does the app think the screen is larget than 11 inches when my tablet is in fact 8 inches? Is there a setting I need to adjust for it to work?

Toshiba z10 battery issue
I'm having an issue at the moment with my Toshiba tablet. If I unplug the power cable it doesn't register that it has been charged and it will display that I have critical battery level and will turn off. I've only had it for a few months and I haven't done anything to it except upgrade to Windows 10. I'm not sure if it had this same issue before the upgrade, but it's very frustrating because I can't take it outside my house! what's the point of a tablet if the battery doesn't work?
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Tbox foxtel 07320
My Tbox foxtel has been down since 17/6/16 giving an error code 07320 after many phone calls and escalation of the problem to level 3 I am no wiser as to what they can or will do. As a sport fan it is extremely annoying " missed the US open as well as the British open" Not to mention the AFL. The total lack of communication from Telstra is the biggest disappointment.

Xperia z4 tablet pre-installed apps are crashing
Hi,
Recently purchased Xperia Z4 tablet from Telstra. And most of the pre-installed apps keep crashing, like Account manager, gmail, Google Now, messaging, photos etc.
They give some message as soon as I open and close immediately. Except for messaging, which only closes when i try to open any message.
I am on latest Android build.
Please let me know how this can be fixed, or if any further details are needed. Thank you.

Cannot register iPad to foxtelgo - says 5 Devices already registered but Telstra & Foxtel say 2
My iPhone logs into Foxtel go but my iPad receives a message stating 5 devices already registered so deregister 1, however screen pop up only shows 2 X devices registered and both Foxtel and Telstra confirm there is only 2 registered neither Foxtel or Telstra help desks will assist - they both send me to the other - so an endless loop. As an FYI the Tbox is working fine any ideas
