4g netgear wifi
My 4g wi fi says messages 5.. how do i find these messages.. i have gone on my telstra etc and cant find anywhere that says email.. so i can read them.. maybe for updates etc ...... wi fi seems slow so I'm thinking i am missing something.. thanks in advance.. ps i use it with a tablet..

change email from POP to IMAP

I manage all my Dad's IT. He is 82. After his desk top crashing we have just purchased an iPad Pro as he is already using an iPhone. I need to migrate his mail from POP to IMAP so it is easier for him to manage his email, including using folders on all his devices.
Is there a simple way to do this that doesn't require ridiculous hours tied up on the phone or going to a technician to help.

According to the ads that induced me to sign up to the digital pass, the service is compatible with "Laptop PCs."
I have no interest in watching games on my phone, but I do want to watch them on my Laptop PC, a Windows machine. Presumably this is via web browser to the NRL Match Centre. There doesn't appear to be any app to download for this purpose.
In fact, in the several weeks since I purchased the subscription, I have been able to watch several archived games. The quality wasn't great, and they were replays, but I was satisfied so long as I was going to be able to watch games live when my schedule permitted.
Apparently not. Today I finally had the opportunity to watch live. Unfortunately, I cannot get live feed via web browser to the NRL Match Centre -- only two radio feeds (ABC and MMM).
This is not what I paid for. What's the deal?

I would like to find out if there is a way to know when if ever Huawei MediaPad T1 8.0 LTE tablet can be remotely supported with TeamViewer. At the moment, I do not seem to find any add-on for the app in the app stores to use TeamViewer QS App on this tablet.
Is there any other remote support app for this tablet?

No Internet connection on iPad
Hi I have recently switched from Telstra Business adsl2 to the NBN. Prior to this all devices (iphones, ipads, android phone and windows laptop) all connected to wifi and internet fine. Since the NBN went live I can pick up the wifi signal fine on all devices but opn the android (samsung galaxy) and windows laptop (surface pro) they can't access the internet signal via wifi but all other devices in the house can. I've tried resetting modem/devices etc but nothing seems to work.
Any suggestions please?

DIGITAL PASS NOT WORKING ON WEEKLY RENEWAL DAY
Via Telstra i have a weekly NRL digital pass that has worked now into it's second year.
However on Sundays i cannot get NRL live on my tablet. The error message tells me "There is no active subscription found on your NRL Digital Pass subscription. Please subscribe ..."
The Digital Pass works live every other day except Sunday.
I can get into my subscription via the NRL website and it tells me it is active but i do notice that it expires every Sunday.
I pay $2.99 every week automatically and see it 4 or 5 times on my monthly Telstra bill.
This clearly is a systems problem with the NRL Digital Pass.
I should have subscribed on a Tuesday, I don't ever remember a Tuesday game !
Can the NRL and / or Telstra tell me what to do.

Sony Xperia Z4 tablet: where is my tablet?

I placed an order online for the sony xperia z4 tablet on 16/09/15. I recieved an order confirmation with the order reference number and even an email bill activation notification and a 'welcome to telstra' email but have yet to recieve any further information on my order.
On 21/09/15 I went on the telstra 24/7 chat and consulted with Reynaldo who told me that my order had been processed and that telstra was waiting for available devices. I am fine with that but I cannot track my order in any way and have had no further information about it and it has been over a week since I placed the order. I have also called the support line : 1300131113 numerous times and could not get through at all.
I would just like to know what is going on with my order and if there are still no devices available if I could just cancel the order all together.
